Presleigh Williamson
MS CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
I grew up in Fort Smith, AR and graduated high school in Greenwood. I attended UAFS and received a Bachelor of Art in Psychology in 2017. I then completed a baccalaureate plan at the University of Arkansas in 2018 and was accepted into their graduate program. I received my Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2020. I have a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I have worked in skilled nursing facilities, private practice, rehab hospitals, acute care, and now outpatient rehab which is my favorite setting!
I would say honesty, accountability, and kindness are some of my core values.
“When you know better, do better.”
I am a speech-language pathologist. I primarily see adults rather than just children. I specialize in dysphagia diagnostics and management. I like helping the patients who have difficulty swallowing. I love helping patients rehab their swallow function so they can enjoy foods and drinks they love again.
I enjoy treating dysphagia and aphasia. I recently received training in FEES (fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation and swallowing) so I can now provide this service to our patients.
I love interacting with patients and their family members. Being able to see patients both in the home and clinic setting is great and adds another level of functionality for some patients that benefit being seen in their own home.
